Chef Series Brendan Pang

Get up close and personal with the dumpling king himself, Brendan Pang, in this 100% hands on cooking class.

After multiple successful stints on MasterChef Australia, Brendan has travelled around the world sharing his love of food through cooking classes and demonstrations, and has been a guest on different local and national food TV programmes. Brendan has published two cookbooks "This is a Book about Dumplings" and "This is a Book About Noodles" and opened his own restaurant Bumplings, in his home town, Perth.

In this class you’ll learn to prepare three delicious courses comprised of a range of dumplings, noodles, salads and sides before indulging in an Asian feast bursting with texture and bold flavours.
