Sprout was established in 2011 as a hands-on, healthy cooking school focused on educating people around how to enjoy fresh healthy and seasonal food every day and highlighting the relationship between food and health.

Since 2011 this innovative and energetic business has expanded to encompass more than cooking classes.  Today Sprout is not only home to Sprout Cooking School, but also Sprout Health Studio, a dynamic, multidisciplinary allied health studio, Sprout Catering, a hassle-free professional food service offering fresh, seasonal and delicious food options for all occasions and Sprout Training, a registered training organisation established to educate food industry around the correct management of dietary requirements.

Our purpose-built kitchen is South Australia's largest, and when we say our classes are 'hands-on', we mean it. A class at Sprout means cooking our recipes from start to finish, learning valuable skills, new techniques and delicious, healthy dishes to add to your repertoire. There's no standing around and watching at Sprout, everyone gets a slice of the action.
