My husband, Mark & I attended our friend's 70th birthday dinner party at Seacliff... The view of the tables all set as we walked in was really beautiful, the food was amazing,(couldn't fault anything) and the staff were exceptional. We chatted with a couple of the girls later in the night as they all were so enthusiastic & professional and they told us they loved their work & loved learning & working at Sprout. Charlotte was really wonderful to me as I asked her early in the night if she could let me know if there was any dairy in any of the food, as I would prefer not to have it and she let me know after she had checked what was in each dish of food & i think only dessert had dairy in it. She was really lovely & asked me if I would like just the pressed apple wafer, which was lovely. I must say the broccoli was fantastic & big hit with everyone I spoke to, even Mark who prefers never to eat broccoli. the char grill & the coating (any hints as to what it was, please?) was so delicious, as was all of it. It was really lovely to see young people so enthusiastic & enjoying their work. It is a real credit to you both.
We had a brilliant event last Saturday night and I want to express my thanks to you and the fantastic staff. We were all so impressed with their professionalism. They were very efficient, friendly and attentive as they went about their work. The food was amazing and almost every guest commented on the top- restaurant standard of the taste and presentation. We were all marvelling at how the staff produced such a high class meal with seemingly little fuss 😊. Thanks again – every aspect far exceeded my expectations – we are even pondering another event!

Last but not least you left the work area clean and tidy, much appreciated. A very professional effort and I would be happy, as I imagine would everyone else in attendance, to recommend you and your team for functions in the future.
WOW is all I can say. Attended Sprout as part of a work function in December and was so highly impressed with the outstanding service and the fresh produce which was prepared and so beautifully presented~ Thanks Callum, Themis & team, you sure know how to host and create and prepare gorgeous food. AND the presentation, information and expertise passed on to us was excellent! Both of your your senses of humour suited us perfectly too!! A belated but big thank you to you and your team for the catering you provided. Your team provided all that I had hoped for and more - including interacting with the family. The food was superb - a visual delight, tempting, yummy and healthy. They all went about the preparation and presentation with a minimum of fuss and embraced my request for a casual family get together in a rented holiday house for our grandfather/father/husband’s 70th birthday.
Just a note to say a huge thank you for Saturday. We were so pleased with the lunch. The food was delicious and everybody was very impressed. Your staff were excellent – friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They worked efficiently and everything ran very smoothly. Everyone enjoyed chatting with them and it was a pleasure meeting them. We can’t recommend the catering enough!
I just wanted to take the time to write to thank you and your vivacious team for the delightful food you provided for our Christmas party on Wednesday afternoon. (We are) very health conscious so it was wonderful to be able to provide them with such fresh and fabulous food. I have had lots of great feedback since the event. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting healthy, tantalising food with a clean palate for their event and I will certainly have you top of mind for any future events we can work together with you on.

From the first phone enquiry to the last leftover saved on the night, Callum and the team were fantastic to deal with! A very professional approach, friendly staff, amazing food (and plenty of it - there was enough to serve everyone lunch the next day!).
