Sprout Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 45247).

Registered training organisations (RTOs) are those training providers registered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) (or, in some cases, a state regulator) to deliver vocational education and training (VET) services.  RTOs are recognised as providers of quality-assured and nationally recognised training and qualifications.

Only RTOs can deliver nationally recognised courses and accredited Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) VET qualifications.

Sprout Training takes its RTO status very seriously.  We see this status as a privilege and are committed to providing all of our students with the best educational experience we can possibly deliver.

Why Sprout Training?

Over seven years Sprout has helped thousands of people reconnect with food and learn to love cooking again.

We are experienced in cooking, presenting and educating and we understand the need to adapt our presenting style for different audiences.

We have developed and implemented cooking programs for many South Australian schools, worked with some of South Australia's biggest and most recognised food companies and have been involved in the creation and implementation of South Australian Government food and health initiatives.  We are respected in both the food and health industries.

Sprout Training is committed to its students and industry.  We are dedicated to ensuring our students have a positive and inspiring educational experience.  We have the highest standards for our organisation and we have the same expectations of our students.  We don't just ensure our students pass.  We make our students great.  When students complete our courses they are workplace ready. They are ready to impact others.

In 2011 we commenced trading as a cooking school, in 2017 we became an RTO.

Educating and inspiring others is what we do.

Our commitment

We provide our students with the best educational experience possible, without compromise, to help them reach their potential, become the best they can be and impact  industry.  As part of this commitment Sprout Training has identified five key ingredients for success.

1) Facility

Sprout Training offers state-of-the-art, clean, organised and well maintained equipment facilities.

2) Innovative education

Education is not only about the content, but importantly the method of delivery.  We   work with our trainers to ensure they are charismatic, clear and concise communicators, deliver content in a way that reflects the needs of the students and includes tasks and interaction that inspires learning.

3) Communication

A collaborative learning experience built on clear and respectful communication through easily identifiable student expectations, honest and professional staff, a courteous and considerate working environment, timely and up to date communication and appropriate use of technology.

4) Research

Course content and delivery methods shaped by the most up to date, scientifically supported research.

5) Connection with industry

Working collaboratively with industry partners to ensure our students gain the most relevant skills and knowledge required to ensure they are job ready and are able to impact industry.
