Karena is co-owner of the highly regarded The Salopian Inn at McLaren Vale and Creative Director of Tasting Australia. Karena’s food ethos and energy surrounds the use of seasonal, sustainable and local produce to develop surprising and ever-changing food menus centered around Asian flavours and timeless techniques.
It is our pleasure to welcome Karena up from the Vale to Sprout for this very special cooking class. Limited to a maximum 24 guests, you will prepare a three-course meal inspired by some of Karena's Salopian Inn classics, making use of local, sustainable produce.
