4 Passionfruit, pulp strained
1 Fresh mango, diced
Method:
- Combine frozen mango and half the passionfruit pulp in a small food processer. Blitz until smooth.
- Divide sorbet and fresh mango between serving bowls. Spoon over remaining passionfruit pulp.
