Our impressive, purpose-built kitchen is South Australia's largest, and when we say our classes are 'hands-on', we mean it!

First you watch us prepare a dish, then you cook the same recipe from start to finish, before moving into the dining room to enjoy your hard work matched to a glass of South Australian wine.

All Sprout classes are designed around your health, lifestyle, budget and dietary requirements.

Every Sprout cooking class is hosted by a qualified dietitian and/or experienced cook or chef, and all recipes are nutritionally balanced and designed according the theme of each class.

Sprout is committed to increasing your awareness of the relationship between food and health. In fact, we were one of the first cooking schools in Australia to team a dietitian and a cook - it's what makes a cooking class with Sprout truly unique!

Our Venue

The kitchen

Not only is our kitchen on of the largest in Australia, it's also the most versatile. Our kitchen can be transformed into a unique space for your next function. 

Sprout is the perfect location for a formal dinner, cocktail event or perhaps a function with a cooking demonstration as additional entertainment.

The Dining Room 

Adjacent to the kitchen is our private dining room. A casual setting to sit back (or stand) and relax with friends or colleagues.
