Every Sprout cooking class is hosted by a qualified dietitian and/or experienced cook or chef, and all recipes are nutritionally balanced and designed according the theme of each class.
Sprout is committed to increasing your awareness of the relationship between food and health. In fact, we were one of the first cooking schools in Australia to team a dietitian and a cook - it's what makes a cooking class with Sprout truly unique!
Not only is our kitchen on of the largest in Australia, it's also the most versatile. Our kitchen can be transformed into a unique space for your next function.
Sprout is the perfect location for a formal dinner, cocktail event or perhaps a function with a cooking demonstration as additional entertainment.
