Great cooks are made young. At Sprout we believe that getting kids into the kitchen early is one of the best gifts you can give them — and we've created a range of hands-on classes designed to do exactly that. From little ones finding their feet to teenagers ready to take on a real culinary challenge, our classes are built around fun, discovery, and the simple joy of making and sharing delicious food together. New friends, new flavours, and memories made around the table — that's what Sprout Kids is all about.

Mini Chefs Cooking Classes (5-11yrs) (Winter Saturday Edition)
Sprout's Mini Chef's Cooking Class is a two-hour hands-on class designed especially for little ones aged 5 to 11, where they'll learn real skills, make real food, and have a genuinely great time doing it. With age-appropriate techniques and plenty of encouragement, your child will leave with a new love of cooking and hopefully after trying a few new foods too!
This is the perfect way to spark a love of food and kitchen confidence — and who knows, you might just earn yourself a night off!

Junior Chefs (12-16yrs) (Winter Saturday Edition)
In our 12-16 year old kids cooking classes, the kids eat and interact like adults. We give them the responsibility of cooking and preparing adult recipes designed to be challenging and engaging.
No placing ingredients on pizza bases; think teriyaki salmon, ginger green beans and citrus souffle!

School Holiday Program
Let us take the pressure off these school holidays, with the Sprout School Holiday Program!

Family Fun Cooking Class (School Holiday Program)
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend time together these school holidays? Our Family Fun cooking classes are the perfect hands-on activity for kids and parents to cook, learn, and laugh together.
Designed to inspire confidence in the kitchen, this class gives both kids and grown-ups the chance to create fresh, healthy meals from scratch—and enjoy them together at the table. You’ll learn practical skills, discover new flavours, and take home recipes you’ll actually want to cook again.
