Mediterranean - Spring Edition

What is the Mediterranean Diet?  Why is it so healthy?  Can I cook and eat like a Mediterranean?

In this class we will prepare three Mediterranean inspired dishes and explore the diet that many health professionals consider to be the healthiest in the world. People who consume the Mediterranean diet have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's Disease and many other major health conditions. 

This class will be informative and of course delicious and filled with plenty of healthy fats and seasonal fruits and vegetables!
