Learn how to shop like a chef at the Markets and turn it into a delicious two-course feast!

This class is 100% focused on inspiring you to use seasonal, local produce. Start with a cheese board on arrival at Sprout and then we'll whisk you off to Adelaide Central Market and show you how to select the freshest local ingredients - then head to the kitchen to transform them into a restaurant quality two-course meal.

Along the way we'll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and we'll sample some of our favourite products from the Market. 

Market to Plate is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide’s most iconic food destinations. It's the perfect day out - and you'll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate it again at home.
