Ingredients: 

2 Cups frozen mango
4 Passionfruit, pulp strained
1 Fresh mango, diced

Method:

  • Combine frozen mango and half the passionfruit pulp in a small food processer. Blitz until smooth.
  • Divide sorbet and fresh mango between serving bowls. Spoon over remaining passionfruit pulp.
