Callum is co-founder of Sprout, a qualified chef, MasterChef Australia Season 2 runner-up and MasterChef All Stars winner in 2012. He has worked in a range of premium restaurants around Australia and now leads the Sprout cooking school and catering teams.
Themis is co-founder of Sprout and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. He has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bachelor of Psychology and Cert IV in Fitness. He loves everything food, wine, cooking and how these things can be part of a healthy lifestyle. He loves having fun with food sharing his passion for food and culture with others.
Emilee is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the Sprout cooking school manager. Emilee loves cooking and enjoys the way food brings people together. She loves inspiring and teaching others especially children and people new to the kitchen.
