For me food is part of life and certainly part of my earliest memories. I grew up surrounded by cooking. I enjoy food and cooking because it's fun, calming (well for me anyway!) and gives you a chance to be creative and try new things. Another thing I love is seeing my family and friends enjoy the food I cook and being able to share my knowledge and recipes with them.
