Living in South Australia we are spoilt with a phenomenal range of world-renowned wines. We have some of the oldest vines in the world, a perfect temperate climate and one of the most clean and pristine environments in the world, which combine to make perfect grape growing conditions and world class wines.
Regional Reds will take you on a journey through four of South Australia’s wine regions and some of Australia’s most respected wineries. We will compare premium wines from McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Coonawarra and Adelaide Hills. Grenache, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir will all feature as we take a tour through South Australian vineyards.
These premium South Australian wines will be matched to a menu specifically designed to showcase the region, the vineyard and the complexity of each wine.
