Introducing our We Love series of cooking classes.
Our We Love cooking classes are designed for the inner foodie in all of us.
They focus on ingredients, dishes or techniques that are a little more indulgent. They are the recipes we love cooking on the weekend when we have some spare time. Because of this, We Love classes are longer (4 + hours) and held on Saturday mornings.

We Love Seafood!
Seafood is easily one of the most versatile ingredients on earth. Seafood can be prepared using a range of techniques from sashimi and ceviche, to steamed poached, grilled or fried and it is also often interchangeable within recipes.
To highlight how incredibly versatile seafood is we will take a deep dive into some of South Australia’s beautiful waters and prepare a range of dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world using the freshest catch we can find, think prawns, scallops, sardines, kingfish and tuna.
