At this one-night only event you will take a journey through Australia and France and indulge in what can only be described as some of the best dessert wines in the world. These wines are complex, structured, balanced and made to age. This isn't "sweet wine", this is a unique style that takes years of experience and craftsmanship to achieve.
At our Vertical Botrytis Dinner hosted by the only three winemakers to ever make one of Australia's most iconic dessert wines, the De Bortoli Noble One, you will compare and contrast a range of vintages from Australia's premier dessert wine, with some of the best Sauternes from Bordeux in France.
Five courses, 14 wines and an educational and sensory experience that you won't get anywhere else.
