“Slow Cook Saturdays” is a cooking class dedicated to deep rich flavours and juicy, tender dishes. In this class, our ovens will get a solid working-over! You will prepare three courses, two savoury and a sweet that will be rich but balanced, tender but with texture and moreish but fresh. Think pork shoulder with fennel salad, braised beef with chilli green beans, tarte Tatin with yoghurt sorbet.
This class is four hours long, slightly longer than most of our classes, because we can’t rush a good slow cook!
