Everyone has heard the saying "it's 80% diet, 20% exercise".  In this class we will teach you three recipes designed to compliment an active lifestyle. 

No more feeling sore, lethargic and tired, we will give you all the information you need to ensure your diet matches your activity levels.  And our accredited practising dietitians will be on hand to answer your specific sports nutrition related questions.  We will have your protein, carbohydrate and overall nutrition needs covered!
