Dark, milk and white, cocoa, cacao, nibs and powder, in this masterclass, we will examine exactly what goes into this much loved treat and what separates the best from the best in the world of chocolate.

In this masterclass we will explore chocolate from pod to pack and learn all the tricks and tips of artisan chocolate making.
