Mixing drinks from kitchen sinks, that's what Sean Baxter, co-founder of Never Never Distilling Co. likes to do in his spare time when he's not running the Never Never brand department.
We're excited to give you a look behind the curtain when it comes to creating some truly memorable drink experiences from an industry professional who has spent 20 years making martinis in coffee percolators (more on that on the night). Sean will take you through some of his favourite cocktail serves including sours, martinis and negronis and finish with a gin that is yet to be released on the Australian market.
There will also be a masterclass on how to create clear ice at home, an ice carving demonstration as well tips and hacks on how to make cocktails using utensils you can find in your kitchen cupboard.
