In this class Alex Knoll, co-owner and butcher from highly acclaimed Barossa Fine Foods will teach us some important butchery basics.  Deboning, filleting and Frenching are just a few skills you'll learn that will help take your next lunch from casual Sunday barbecue to French bistro!
