In this masterclass we will speak to the current generation of the Knoll family leading their family business and providing quality meat and seafood to South Australia. Not only will we chat about specific breeds, cuts and fillets of meat and fish and discuss the best way to prepare your favourite protein, we will also learn about the challenges involved with growing and diversifying a family business and executing a successful succession plan.
