This class is 100% focused on inspiring you to use seasonal, local produce. During this class we will travel to the hustle and bustle of the Adelaide Central Market and together select the best seasonal ingredients for our recipes. Along the way we'll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and we will sample some of our favourite products from the Adelaide Central Market. We will then head back to Sprout and use our fresh produce to create some tasty dishes! Market to Plate is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide’s most iconic food destinations.
Ticket includes cheese board on arrival at Sprout, bus transfers to and from the Adelaide Central Market, guided market tour and two course cooking class with wine.
