Whether gluten-free is a lifestyle choice or a medical requirement, we will explain all the ins and outs about gluten while preparing three delicious gluten free recipes that will be nutritiously balanced and full of flavour. You won't even notice the dishes are gluten free!
As always, this class is hosted by a chef and Accredited Practicing Dietitian, is suitable for those with Coeliac Disease and includes a detailed nutrition presentation
