Garden to Plate

This class has now become an annual favourite for many gardening foodies.

After a wet winter and before the harsh summer, spring is the season to get outside, plant your veggie patch and then watch it flourish into summer.

In this extended four hour class we will be joined by respected gardening expert Michael Keelan who will give us some valuable gardening tips and lead a practical gardening demonstration before we get into the kitchen and prepare three dishes using ingredients that you will find in most home gardens and enjoy these matched to local wines.
