Magnum Champagne Dinner

If you're a lover of Champagne then this is one event you do not want to miss. We are bringing five of the world's best Champagne houses together for one night only matched to a five-course menu specifically designed to highlight the power, finesse and textures of these impressive cuvees.

The event will be hosted by Tyson Stelzer, international wine communicator of the year and Australia's premier Champagne critic.  Tyson will share his knowledge of Champagne and provide insight into many of his phenomenal experiences with this beautiful product.  

The menu has been meticulously developed to compliment and highlight the selected Champagnes and will make use of the absolute best South Australian produce.  Just when you think this dinner can't get any better, all the Champagne will be served out of magnums.  Why? Because everything tastes better in magnums!
