Hosted by multi-award winning wine writer, international speaker, one of Australia’s most respected palates and recently appointed editor of James Halliday, Tyson Stelzer, this will be a night of extravagance and utter indulgence. Tyson will share his love, knowledge and expertise on all things Champagne over a meticulously planned five-course dinner, designed to highlight the power, finesse and textures of these impressive cuvees.
