This class is designed to teach less experienced or less confident cooks the basic cooking techniques required to prepare a healthy and enjoyable meal.

During this three course cooking class we will discuss cooking techniques, the correct way to use a knife, how to organise your kitchen, basic food safety considerations and seasonality and selecting ingredients. You won't leave this class as an acclaimed chef but you will leave more confident and willing to go home and give it a crack.

This class is perfect for people new to cooking, those lacking a little confidence or those who want to freshen up their skills.
