Ingredients: (Serves 4)
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Combine berries, two tablespoons brown sugar and 50mL of water in medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until the fruit has softened and juices have formed. Transfer to a 4-cup capacity baking dish.
3. Combine flour, butter, cinnamon and remaining two tablespoons brown sugar in a medium bowl. Use clean fingertips to rub the mixture together until a crumble consistency forms. Stir through shredded coconut, flaked almonds and a pinch of salt.
4. Scatter crumble over berries in the baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve drizzled with thickened cream.
