Sprout Ticket Insurance

Sprout Ticket Insurance entitles you to a credit note valid for three months should you need to cancel your attendance at a Sprout ticketed event for any reason up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled event.

To purchase Sprout Ticket Insurance select “Yes please, add Sprout Ticket Insurance to my order” when proceeding through the checkout.

You can only purchase Sprout Ticket Insurance when proceeding through the checkout.  You cannot add Sprout Ticket Insurance to your ticket(s) after your purchase has been processed.

Sprout Ticket Insurance can only be utilised once.  If an individual utilises their Sprout Ticket Insurance they will receive an electronic credit note valid for three months for the value of the ticket excluding the cost of the insurance.

Credit notes can only be issued to the person who originally purchased the tickets and can only contain the name of the guest who is unable to attend.

To claim your Sprout Ticket Insurance you must notify Sprout via email ([email protected]) or phone (08 8443 4343) no less 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Once a claim is received Sprout will email a credit note with the required value to the original purchaser.
